Six Packs Habits
You see, losing belly flab is a boring process. It requires time, hard work, and most important, dedication. Take the right steps every single day, and you’ll ultimately carve out your six-pack. But if you stray from your plan even a few times a week–which most men do–you’ll probably never see your abs.
The solution: six simple habits, which I teach to my clients to help them strip away their lard for good. Think of these habits as daily goals designed to keep you on the fast track to a fit-looking physique. Individually they’re not all that surprising, but together they become a powerful tool.
The effectiveness of this tool is even supported by science. At the University of Iowa, researchers determined that people are more likely to stick with their fat-loss plans when they concentrate on specific actions instead of the desired result. So rather than focusing on abs that show, follow my daily list of nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle strategies for achieving that rippled midsection.

The Fact About Tooth Loss And Pregnancy
T
here’s some truth to the old wives’ tale that “for every child, the mother loses a tooth,” according to a New York University professor who found that women with more children are more likely to have missing teeth. Certain biological and behavioral changes related to pregnancy and childbirth may be the cause of this tooth loss, Russell said:

Breast milk’s protection against respiratory infections is stronger in girls than in boys, says a U.S. study that challenges the long-held belief that immune system chemicals passed from mothers to newborns during breastfeeding offer babies equal protection from disease. The Johns Hopkins Children’s Center-led study of 119 premature babies in Buenos Aires, Argentina, found that breastfeeding offered more protection to girls than to boys and that formula-fed girls had the highest risk for severe respiratory infections.
Formula-fed girls were eight times more likely than breast-fed girls to develop serious respiratory infections requiring hospitalization and were more likely to develop such infections than breastfed and non-breastfed boys. Read more
