166-bed geriatric center to reopen in Galveston
A Victoria-based operator of nursing homes and rehabilitation centers is investing $2 million in renovations and hiring 130 people to manage Turner Geriatric Center, a long-term care facility closed by Hurricane Ike more than a year ago.
