High Heels can Damage Your Feet
A recent research by a footcare Company, Compeed, has revealed that the largest patrons of high heels in Europe are the British women, and this could probably be due to their short stature.
Compared to women from other nations like France and Germany, British women wore the highest heels at 3.3 inches out beating Germans and French at 2.7 inches and 2.4 inches respectively.
British women loved high heels because it boosts their confidence and gives them an edge over others; atleast that is the perception that drives them to wear high heels.
“Research has suggested that a tall woman is considered more assertive, confident, richer, capable, successful, independent and even more intelligent than her shorter peers, stated Psychologist Emma Kenney.
Experts caution that high heels can damage ones feet and give its wearers a pain in the back.
