Cosmetic surgeons, patients fight proposed ‘Botax’

They’re calling it the “Botax,” a last-minute addition to the health-care reform bill before the U.S. Senate that would impose a 5 percent tax on elective cosmetic procedures such as botox injections, liposuction or tummy tucks.
